I needed a couple caps for it and they had them in stock, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting or order from somewhere else. Easy.

I ordered a cap from ottocap.com in the same size I usually get, but it just didn’t fit the way I expected. It felt tighter than similar caps I’ve bought from other brands, and it sat kind of weird on my head. The front looked a bit too high, which made the whole fit feel awkward and not very comfortable. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, but compared to competitors, I think the sizing info could be a lot clearer. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I felt more confident about the fit

I was, well, I found what I needed quickly. The menu was easy to understand, and the pages loaded just fine on my phone. Checkout was simple too, with no weird steps or anything confusing.

I had to return my order, and overall the process was fine, just a little slower than I was expecting. Customer support did get back to me and helped sort it out, though the replies weren’t exactly quick. I did receive my refund in the end, so no major complaints, but the whole return experience could definitely be a bit smoother.

I ordered some caps from Otto Cap and the customization part actually went really smoothly. My logo uploaded without any trouble, and the colors came out better than I expected. I also liked that it was easy to see which styles would work with the embroidery. The only thing was that when I had a question, I kind of felt ignored and didn’t get much help, so I just figured it out myself. Overall though, the order turned out nice and I’d probably use them again for more custom hats

The prices seemed fair enough, but I wouldn’t say I got a great deal. Just a heads-up for anyone shopping around: don’t assume you’re saving much here. It’s okay, but definitely compare prices elsewhere before buying.

I was putting together an order and everything seemed straightforward enough. The site was easy to use, and I found what I needed without much trouble. I did end up adding a few extra items to the cart to make it work, since the minimum order amount was a bit higher than I was expecting

These hats are okay for basic embroidery, but they work when they want to. Some styles stitched out fine, while others had front panels that felt a little too soft and didn’t hold the design as well. Simple logos came out decent, but I wouldn’t trust them for anything too detailed.

I ordered a few hats everything came exactly how I picked it. The colors and sizes were all correct, which was a relief because mix-ups with online orders can be ridiculous. No issues at all, so I’m happy with it.

The colors are okay, not bad at all, but also kind of underwhelming. I like a couple of them, then again I really wish there were more options because the selection feels a bit limited.

I tried looking for promo codes for ottocap.com and found a few, but most of them were either tiny discounts or didn’t actually work when I got to checkout. The prices are still reasonable overall, so it wasn’t a total letdown. Anyway... I just wish they had better deals or more reliable codes more often. It’s fine, just not anything amazing.

Checkout was straightforward. I’m usually a little cautious about entering payment info online, so I appreciated that there weren’t any odd steps, redirects, or unexpected charges. Paid quickly and everything went through without any issues.

I don’t really buy into all the slick company wording about “premium shipping experience” or whatever, but I’ll give credit where it’s due. The package got here fast and it was in good shape when it arrived. Straightforward, which is all I wanted.

I’ve ordered from Ottocap a few times now, and from what I can tell, the order history page is actually useful. It’s nice being able to pull up past orders without having to search through a bunch of old emails.
I think the thing I’ve used it for most is checking sizes and order dates when I’m trying to place something similar again. The tracking info was easy enough to find too after logging in, which I definitely appreciated.
I probably wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars because the page could load a bit faster, and I’m sure some filters would make it even better. But overall, it’s been a good experience for me.

I requested a refund after placing an order on ottocap.com. They did get back to me, but it wasn’t right away, I think it took a few days, and I remember checking my email more than I normally would because I kept expecting an update. I had to send one follow-up message before things moved along. The refund did eventually show up, down to the exact amount I paid, so it worked out in the end. Just wasn’t the smoothest or fastest process

I went in just looking for a simple cap and somehow ended up acting like I’d discovered the world’s greatest hat store. The caps looked really good, and ordering was so easy I was almost suspicious. Super smooth experience overall.
